St. Louis Steamers Soccer Club is looking for a few more players.  Practices are held at Minnie Ha Ha Park in Sunset Hills and they play in the SLYSA League. Congratulations to the staff at Bernard Middle for being a 2017 Character.org Promising Practice award winner. The Promising Practices program highlights what’s going well in classrooms across America and the world. The program is simple in scope and recognizes many wonderful ideas from passionate teachers who are making a real difference in the lives of their students. Each Practice must be tied to one or more of Character.org’s 11 Principles of Effective Character Education.


Monday and Tuesday yearbooks will be sold in front of the office before school. There are only 10 copies left... buy yours before time run outs.


Oakville High School Athletic Department has dropped off more information about the sports offered at the high school.  Pick up one from the office or from PE.


7th and 6th graders.... want to help make next years yearbook better than ever!  See Mrs. Greenwalt in room 218 or the office distribution center to pick up your yearbook staff application today! These MUST be turned back in no later than May 22nd.


Until school is out, any student owing the cafeteria money will be offered a cheese sandwich, milk, and fruit, until account is paid in full.  No more credits.


The Oakville Junior Tiger football program is registering for the 2017 football season. The program is for kids entering 6th, 7th and 8th grade. Please go to www.oakvilletigers.com to learn more and register.  Early registration discount ends May 31.


St. Louis County Library’s Summer Reading Club starts on May 22. This summer they are also having a Design A Bookmark Contest for ages 6-17.  If interested, pick up a flyer in the library.
